The Scheduler is specially designed to deal with changing situations. Accurate scheduling is hard enough, but when priorities and due dates constantly shift, it is just about impossible to keep schedules up to date. We’ve solved this problem by creating a scheduling package that is tightly integrated with ShopPAK. Jobs, work orders, estimated hours, percent complete, and material status automatically flow into the Scheduler. Unlike stand-alone scheduling packages that require the user to assign resources, we automatically assign the best resource based on priority, availability, and skill. The Scheduler produces Gantt charts and scheduling reports, and best of all, automatically keeps ShopPAK’s scheduled start and finish dates in sync with the master schedule. |

Export ShopPAK invoices, purchase orders, vouchered payables, and payroll hours to your accounting package. We currently link with QuickBooks, Peachtree, MAS 90/200, Timberline, MYOB, Accpac, and ADP. If you use an engineering CAD/CAM package to finalize products and bill-of-materials, ShopPAK can automatically update work order products and product attributes, as well as, bill-of-materials from finalized engineering data. This saves time and eliminates data entry errors. We currently link with Microvellum, Cabinet Vision, and Cabnetware. |
